All about Europe Ambassadors and diplomats from the embassies of nine European Union countries and the Delegation of the European Commission recently visited schools in Bangkok and nearby provinces as part of the EU's efforts to engage with young people and promote a better understanding of the European Union. The representatives gave talks and met students and staff. Students also had the chance to talk about their schools and activities. Maps of the EU were presented as souvenirs, and prizes were awarded to students who took part in quiz contests. The EU Ambassadors' school visits were organised in collaboration with the Education Ministry's Office of Basic Education Commission.
